Additionally, she has many awards and recognitions of excellence, and has been successfully active in real estate investing, management, and brokerage for most of her career.
She and her team specialize in retail and self storage through the Southeast. They have conducted numerous successful investment sales transactions with tenants such as Walgreens, CVS, Starbucks, Publix, Wendy's, and numerous other single- and multi-tenant assets. Being able to understand and articulate a tenant's financials to investors and lenders, and having access to current databases which substantiate documents is an underlayment to making transactions happen. Further, being able to help identify and address client goals brings the deal over the finish line.
Along with her well-established relationships with key investors and access to private and institutional capital, her knowledge and expertise in financial analysis, marketing, and extensive real estate experience are a proven combination to help clients achieve their business objectives. She is an active member in many civic, community, and business associations, and has mentored numerous early career professionals. She holds an M.B.A. from Georgia State and a B.S. in math/computer science/business from Emory University.
